The Womyn's Resource Center has been in collaboration with Dr. Marisol Ruiz to bring 2 prominent guest speakers for Earth Week.  Both guest speakers will be presenting next week on: Michelle Roberts- Tuesday, April 18th at 5:30pm FH118 and Tessa Cordova-Thursday, April 20th at 6:00pm HGH225.

Michele Roberts is the community activist and coordinator for the Washington, D.C.-based Environmental Justice and Health Alliance. Michele Roberts is the Campaign & Policy Coordinator for Advocates for Environmental Human Rights based in Washington, DC since 1990. 

Tessa Cordova will be sharing on her work with Las Pistoleras Instituto Cultural de Arte, located in New Mexico. Las Pistoleras Instituto is a communal space where cultura, activism, and the arts are at the forefront of community identity.
